Bernadette Pawlik has more than 25 years of retained executive search experience. As consultant for two of the world’s largest retained search firms, Bernadette set records for timely, successful search completions. In 1994, she founded Pawlik/Dorman to provide quality retained search to a strategically selected client base.

Fully 80% of Pawlik/Dorman’s business is derived from repeat clients. These clients have included Equity Office Properties Trust, NEC Technologies and Zimmer Holdings, Inc.

Bernadette received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Indiana University. She is listed in Who’s Who in the Midwest and is an active member of The Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC).
