5. We customize search options to fit your needs and budget.

Pawlik/Dorman offers two forms of search services - candidate development or traditional full executive search.

Candidate Development
We penetrate the market resulting in resumes of qualified prospects which are then delivered to you. You conduct the initial face-to-face interview and proceed with the selection process. The fee for this option is 15 percent of the employee's first year's cash compensation, plus direct expenses.

Full Executive Search
Comprised of the elements of traditional retained search, this option includes face-to-face interviews and written post-interview reports. The fee for this option is 25 percent of the employee's first year's cash compensation, plus direct expenses.
