Bernadette Pawlik, founder of Pawlik/Dorman Partners, has more than sixteen years of retained executive search experience. As a consultant with two of the largest retained executive search firms in the United States, Ms. Pawlik set records for placements. Ms. Pawlik founded Pawlik/Dorman Partners to provide quality retained searches on a customized, strategic basis to a select client base. During the course of her career, Ms. Pawlik has conducted over 200 searches. She has served a diverse client base including Ameritech, General Instrument, C.P. Hall, Holy Cross Health System, St. Francis Hospital of Evanston, and Trailmobile. Ms. Pawlik received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Indiana University. She is listed in Who's Who in the Midwest and is a member of the Executives' Club of Chicago. Pawlik/Dorman Partners is a member of the Taplow Group.
