Organizations are often reluctant to commit to a full-blown search in cases where there is uncertainty as to the organization's specific needs or the availability of top talent. For those situations, Pawlik/Dorman Partners offers a product called the Executive Talent Scan, which identifies:

  • Your company's needs, opportunities and goals for the position.
  • The capabilities and experience required for success in the position.
  • If the talent you need is available.
  • What is needed to recruit the talent you require.

The cost of an Executive Talent Scan is based on the time Pawlik/Dorman invests. If your organization moves forward on a search, we'll credit one-half of the Executive Talent Scan fees towards our normal 20% Abridged Retainer Search Option.
