  • Pawlik/Dorman penetrates the targeted talent market and contacts high potential candidates. Following your input and approval, we'll provide a custom report for each candidate detailing compensation, career history and other factors specific to the position and your organization.
  • After reviewing Pawlik/Dorman's reports, you'll choose which candidates to meet in person. We'll arrange face-to-face interviews and support your selection process until the new executive is on board with your company.
